At CGHU Parklands Secondary School, we recognize that a healthy body supports a healthy mind. Our Sports & Wellness program is designed to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and a spirit of teamwork among our students. Through a variety of sporting and wellness activities, we aim to build discipline, resilience, and lifelong healthy habits.
We offer a range of sports including football, basketball, volleyball, athletics, and table tennis, encouraging students to stay active and develop their physical skills. Our students regularly participate in inter-house and inter-school competitions, fostering a healthy sense of competition and school pride.
Physical Education (P.E.) is an integral part of the school curriculum, led by experienced coaches who ensure that every student, regardless of skill level, is encouraged to participate and improve. Our training facilities provide a safe and inclusive environment for students to practice and excel.
Beyond physical activity, we emphasize overall wellness. We conduct wellness sessions focused on mental health, hygiene, nutrition, and emotional well-being, equipping students with the knowledge and support needed to manage stress and lead balanced lives.
